Basement Window Hardware

Mitchell Basement Window hardware has been a mainstay in the industry for many years. It is also the hardware specified by more vinyl window hardware system manufacturers than any other. It is available in clear zinc plated finish with a protective clear top coat and in white powder coat painted finish over special zinc primer for extra salt spray protection. 

There are three styles of hardware: 

• Awning
• Hopper
• Double action

Our double action hardware allows the user to determine whether the window operates in hopper or awning fashion. The sash is removable and can be flipped to operate in either manner. We offer our basement window hardware in pre-packaged 10 set boxes and in bulk package form.
